(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $50.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 95.03 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500 for each offense.
