(A) All vehicles, motor driven and otherwise, including two-wheeled cycles are prohibited at all times from the city ball park diamonds.
(B) All vehicles, motor driven and otherwise, including two wheeled cycles are prohibited from all other areas of the city ball park, except for parking purposes during practice sessions and games.
