(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not exceeding $750.
(B) Any person found to have violated § 91.10 shall be subject to a civil fine as provided in division (A) above, except that such fine shall be not less than $500.
