§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating §§ 130.01 through 130.03 shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100. All fines are to be assessed by, and made payable to, the town. All monies collected under this subchapter shall be deposited into the fund of the town.
