“ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.” The person designated by the Mayor to enforce this chapter.
“GARBAGE.” Refuse and waste matters of all kinds, including wet garbage, ashes, discarded cans, yard waste, and other materials, excluding medical waste.
“SUBSCRIBER HOUSEHOLD.” Every household within the city limits lawfully receiving city garbage services.
