On the designated day of recycling pickup, all recycling materials must be set out for collection. Each household unit shall contain its material in bins as described in § 52.35. All bins shall be placed as instructed by the city along the street, sidewalk, alley or roadside for collection. Recycling bins may be set out for collection after 7:00 p.m. the evening before, and shall be removed from the designated location on the same day as collection. All bins must be placed in the designated location prior to 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day and removed by 7:00 p.m. the day of the scheduled collection.
