(A) Initial start up of curbside recycling will allow each household to select bins. The city will provide recommendations on bins and will provide up to 4 city recycling decals per residence per year to identify recycling bins. Additional decals will be available for purchase from the city.
(B) Each residence shall maintain for collection a minimum of 2 recycling bins that display the city recycling decal: 1 bin for the collection of fibers (newspaper, office paper, magazines - separated by partition or other method recommended by the city) and 1 bin for rigid containers (Plastic #1 & #2, tin/steel cans and aluminum cans) and as directed by the city.
(C) Corrugated cardboard is to be flattened and placed between or under bins for collection.
