Thence northeasterly in the centerline of the Norfolk & Southern tracks northeast to a point in the centerline of Liberty Avenue;

Thence easterly in the centerline of Liberty Avenue to a point in the centerline of Highbridge Road;

Thence southerly in the centerline of Highbridge Road to a point in the centerline of the Conrail tracks;

Thence northwesterly in the centerline of the Conrail tracks to a point in the westerly line of Lorain County;
