   1610.04 LIMITS FOR STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES, FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVEGROUND TANKS, BULK STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES.
   Shall comply with O.F.C. 1301:7-7-33 Explosives and Fireworks and O.F.C.1301:7-7-34 Flammable and Combustible Liquids.

   1610.05 MODIFICATIONS.
   The Chief of the Fire Division shall have power to modify any of the provisions of this Fire Prevention Code, including the codes adopted by reference in Section 1610.01 , upon application in writing by an owner or lessee of real estate, or his or her duly authorized agent, when there are practical difficulties in the way of carrying out the strict letter of this Code, provided that the spirit of this Code shall be observed, public safety secured and substantial justice done. The particulars of such modification, when granted or allowed, and the decision of the Chief of the Fire Division thereof, shall be entered upon the records of the Division and a signed copy shall be furnished the applicant.

   1610.06 APPEALS.
   Whenever the Chief of the Fire Division disapproves an application or refuses to grant a permit applied for, or when it is claimed that the provisions of this Fire Prevention Code, including the codes adopted by reference in Section 1610.01 , do not apply or that the true intent and meaning of this Code have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the applicant may appeal from the decision of the Chief to the Mayor within thirty days from the date of the decision appealed.
