Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion:
(a) The most current and updated Ohio Fire Code.
(b) International Fire Code (IFC) amendments (B,C,D,F,H,I,J) most current.
Copies of each Code so adopted are on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public. Copies are also on file in the County Law Libraries of Lorain and Erie Counties.
