§ 98.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 98.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. On a second offense, the offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day that a violation exists after the initial 5-day warning period shall be considered a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 98.05 or 98.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 98.10 through 98.18 shall be, upon conviction or plea of guilty, subject to a fine of not less than $25 or more than $200.
