§ 98.02 DUTY TO MAINTAIN PREMISES.
   (A)   The owner, occupant, or other person in control of the property shall maintain such premises and exterior property free from grass and/or weeds in excess of 6 inches in height.
   (B)   The owner, occupant, or other person in control of the property shall maintain such premises and exterior property free from all noxious or harmful weeds or vines.
