A. Any permit issued under authority of this chapter may be revoked for failure of the permittee to perform the work in accordance with the specifications, methods or time limits required or approved by the town.
B. Any permittee whose permit is revoked may, upon request, receive a hearing before the town council or person designated by the council. The council, after such hearing, may reinstate the permit or take any other action it deems proper. (Ord. 176, 5-16-2012, eff. 6-15-2012)
