8-4-3: MINIMUM TRAVEL INTERFERENCE:
Excavations in streets and alleys shall be made in such manner as to impede travel as little as possible. At no time during the progress of the work shall sidewalks be unnecessarily blocked to travel. (Ord. 176, 5-16-2012, eff. 6-15-2012)
