5-4-3: PROHIBITED FIREWORKS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to use or explode any fireworks, except as described in this chapter.
It shall be lawful to explode legal fireworks allowed in the most recent Montana state code on the following dates and times:
   July 1 until ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
   July 2 until ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
   July 3 until eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M.
   July 4 until twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight.
   July 5 until ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
New Year's Eve until twelve thirty o'clock (12:30) A.M. the following day.
From time to time special exceptions may be allowed by unanimous vote of the Valier town council. (Ord. 177, 9-10-2012, eff. 10-10-2012)
