5-4-2: SALE OF FIREWORKS; DATES SPECIFIED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale, expose for sale or sell any firecrackers, torpedoes or any fireworks of a noisemaking or detonating character by whatsoever name known or called within seven (7) days prior to and after July 5. (Ord. 177, 9-10-2012, eff. 10-10-2012)
