5-1-3: MEMBERSHIP:

A. Number: The Fire Department shall consist of a maximum of twenty (20) volunteer members, inclusive of the Chief and assistant. (1965 Code § 3-1-2; amd. 1999 Code)

B. Application: All persons desiring to become a member of the Department, other than the Chief and assistant, shall present application in writing to the Town Council for their approval and become members upon such approval. (1965 Code § 3-1-3; amd. 1999 Code)
