4-3-3: NUISANCE DECLARED WITHOUT WARNING:
Any plastic bag, covering or package not carrying or accompanied by the printed warning as provided in Section 4-3-2 of this Chapter is hereby declared a nuisance. (1965 Code § 6-7-3)
