A. It is unlawful for any person to throw, discard, place or deposit solid waste (including litter) within the town limits except in containers provided for that purpose.
B. It shall be the duty of every person distributing leaflets, fliers, signage, etc., to take necessary measures to keep such materials from littering public and/or private property.
C. To facilitate proper disposal of litter by pedestrians and motorists, such publicly patronized or used establishments and institutions shall provide and maintain sufficient solid waste containers. This requirement is applicable to, but not limited to, restaurants, taverns, convenience stores, grocery stores, service stations, public accommodation establishments and schools.
