4-1-10: COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE STORAGE AND REMOVAL:

A. Solid waste shall be stored in water, insect and rodent proof containers, provided with tightfitting lids. Containers shall be kept securely covered at all times.

B. There shall be a sufficient number of containers to hold all the solid waste that accumulates between disposal intervals. (Ord. 182, 10-10-2016, eff. 11-9-2016)
