§ 1-8-2 APPLICABILITY.
   This chapter is adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Home Rule Charter for the town; and any provisions of the Colorado Municipal Election Code inconsistent or incompatible with the provisions of § 1-8-1 of this chapter shall be deemed inapplicable to any special elections conducted within the town and are repealed or modified as they may apply to elections conducted within the town pursuant to the Home Rule Charter.
