§ 1-8-1 REGULATIONS.
   Special elections shall be held on any Tuesday designated by the Town Council except within the 30 days preceding a regular election. No special election shall be called within 30 days before the date thereof. Special elections shall be conducted as nearly as practicable in the same manner as regular elections.
