§ 1-9-1 ESTABLISHED.
   The Municipal Court in and for the town created by Article VII, § 7.2 of the Town Charter is established as a qualified Municipal Court of Record. The Court shall keep a verbatim record of the proceedings and evidence at trials by either electrical devices or stenographic means, and shall require as a qualification for the office of Judge of the Municipal Court that such person has been admitted to and is currently licensed in the practice of law in Colorado.

§ 1-9-2 STATUTE CONFORMANCE.
   The operation of the Municipal Court shall be governed by C.R.S. Title 13, Article 10, as amended, which is incorporated by reference herein and made a part hereof, excluding any provision or portion thereof in said statute which is inconsistent with any applicable provisions of the Charter, this code or any ordinance of the town.
