(a) After one year of service all full-time employees shall be entitled to two personal paid leave days each year to be used at that employee’s discretion but only with seven days prior approval of the department head.
(b) Unused personal leave shall not accumulate from year to year. This section is subject to the provisions of Section 151.08.
