EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 94-05, passed April 11, 1994, the Village enacted a comprehensive Zoning Ordinance which divides the Village into zones and districts, and regulates the location, construction, reconstruction, alteration and use of structures and land.
