(a) Tap Fees. Each residence and business establishment connecting to the Village water service shall pay a five hundred dollar ($500.00) tap fee for each sewer tap, regardless of size.
(b) Capacity Charges. In addition to the tap fees, each residence and business establishment connecting to the Village water service shall pay the capacity charge as set forth below:
