Child care centers for seven or more children or otherwise requiring licensing by the state shall be subject to conditional use approval by the Board of Adjustment in those zoning districts where such use is listed as a conditional use. The minimum lot area for such child care center shall be 15,000 square feet lot; it shall be located on a collector or arterial street; all parking requirements shall be met on-site in accordance with § 160.29(C)(1); a 15-foot wide landscaped buffer yard including a six-foot high solid wood fence combined with plantings conforming to § 160.28, configured with the plantings to the outside and the fence to the interior, shall be provided along all property lines adjoining properties zoned or planned for residential use.
