§ 113.09 CONCEALING ARTICLES TO PREVENT IDENTIFICATION.

No secondhand goods dealer shall conceal, secrete or destroy for the purposes of concealing any article purchased or received by the dealer for the purpose of preventing identification thereof by any officer or any person claiming the same.
