§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who fails to keep records or fails to make required entries therein or intentionally or knowingly makes any false or unintelligible entry, or any entry which the person has reason to believe is untrue or who fails to make the inquiries necessary to enable the person to make those entries or any of them, or who fails to produce records when requested by an officer having the authority to examine them, or who destroys or negligently permits the records to be destroyed or lost, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
