§ 112.99 PENALTY.

(A) Peddlers and solicitors. Commission of any act declared unlawful under § 112.11 of this chapter is a simple misdemeanor punishable as provided Iowa Code § 903.1. Failure to comply with the provisions of §§ 112.01 through 112.19 shall also constitute an infraction, punishable pursuant to § 11.01.

(B) Panhandling. Except as otherwise specifically provided in §§ 112.30 through 112.32, any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 112.30 through 112.32 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
