§ 112.19 PEDESTRIAN USE OF THE ROADWAY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS, DONATIONS OR BUSINESS.
   No person shall stand in a roadway, including the roadway medians, curbs, traffic islands, shoulders and crosswalks, for the purpose of soliciting charitable contributions, donations or business from the driver or occupant(s) of any vehicle, without first meeting the administrative guidelines specified and available upon request from the City Clerk.
