§ 112.31 PLACE OF PANHANDLING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to panhandle when the person solicited is in any of the following places within the city limits or other areas specifically set forth below:
   (A)   In any vehicle on the street; and
   (B)   On public property in the Merle Hay Road, NW 86th Street and ramp terminal zones as defined in § 112.30.
