770.05 ENFORCEMENT.

The violation of either Section 770.02 or Section 770.03 is deemed a public nuisance and shall be subject to the abatement procedures and penalties of Chapter 1339 except for the summary abatement procedures of Section 1339.07 which shall not apply.
