767.12 TERM GENERALLY; APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF TERM.

No license, as required in Section 767.04, shall be issued for a term longer than one year and, upon expiration of the term, the licensee, if he desires to continue operations, shall make an application to the Director of Finance for an extension of the license.
