Application for the taxicab license specified in Section 767.04 shall be made by the owner to the Director of Finance upon blanks furnished by the Director and shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, the trade name under which he does business, the design, specifications, color scheme, letterings, marks and seating capacity of the vehicle proposed to be licensed, and any other information required by the Director.
