The license of a person violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter, or any rule or regulation as authorized by Section 723.06 or of any person convicted of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude may be revoked by the Director by written notice of such revocation delivered or mailed to the licensee at the address of the violating licensee as specified in his application for a license.
