717.12 ISSUANCES FOR ESTABLISHMENT IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS.

No license required by Sections 717.05 to 717.20 shall be issued for the establishment, maintenance or operation of a bowling alley within 150 feet of the property of any church, school or hospital.
