The license issued under Sections 711.07 to 711.22 of a person violating any of the terms or provisions of this chapter or any other provision of the Codified Ordinances or other ordinance of the City or State law or any rule or regulation promulgated by the Mayor as authorized by Section 711.06, having any relationship to billiard rooms, may be revoked by the Director by written notice of the revocation delivered or mailed to the address of the licensee in question specified in the application for the license.
