351.20 PARKING ENFORCEMENT FOR FIRE LANES.

Parking enforcement for fire land parking shall be enforced by the Parking Enforcement Officer and any full-time member of the Urbana Police Division or any full-time member of the Urbana Fire Division. Each of the above is empowered to give citations to anyone found in violation of the fire lane parking ordinance, as defined in Section 1501.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Urbana, Ohio.
