SECTION 9.04. SUBMISSION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE CHARTER TO THE ELECTORS.

The proposed amendments to the Charter of 1980 as amended shall be submitted to the electorate at the election to be held on November 2, 2010. The voters may approve or reject each proposed amendment independently of each other and the rejection of one or more amendments shall not invalidate the adoption of others.
