Until such time as Council adopts an appropriation ordinance for the current fiscal year, amounts appropriated for operations in the preceding year shall be deemed adopted on month-to-month basis, with all items in it prorated accordingly. However, Council may adopt a different temporary appropriation ordinance or resolution as permitted by the general laws of Ohio.
