963.13 DUTY OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.

The securities referred to in Section 963.12 shall be held in the possession of the Director of Finance, who shall be the agent of Council in making the investments, collecting the income and distributing the income to the Cemetery Fund. (1984 Code Sec. 94.25)
