963.12 DUTY OF COUNCIL.

Council shall keep invested funds received as provided in Sections 963.08 to 963.13 in interest-bearing debts of the City, if any are available and, if not, then in safe interest-bearing bonds or interest-bearing certificates of deposit in financial institutions within the State.
