SECTION 3.02. GENERAL POWERS.

In addition to the specific powers listed in this Charter, the Mayor shall have all powers conferred upon mayors of cities by the laws of the State of Ohio unless otherwise provided in this Charter. The Mayor shall also have such additional powers as may be conferred upon him by Council.
