933.035 UNIT DEFINED.
   For purposes of the unit charges prescribed in Sections 933.04, 933.05 and 933.06, “unit” is defined as:
   (a)   Each dwelling unit in a residential building; or
   (b)   Each entity occupying a commercial or industrial building.
