Effective August 1, 2024 industrial unit charges shall be billed per unit and collected on a monthly basis and be charged the rates set forth as follows based upon the size of the water line servicing the industry or unit, whichever is greater:

2" | $230.00 (per month) |
3" | $345.00 (per month) |
4" | $460.00 (per month) |
Effective January 1, 2025 and each following year on January 1, the industrial unit charges shall be increased by a multiplier based on the American Water Manufacturing Industry Standard (as outlined in the "Attachment" to Ordinance 234-13), and billed and collected monthly on all industrial unit charges.
