Effective August 1, 2024 the residential unit charges shall be billed per unit and collected on a monthly basis and be charged the rates set forth as follows based upon the size of the water line servicing the residence or by unit, whichever is greater:
5/8" | $ 23.00 (per month) |
1" | $ 52.90 (per month) |
Effective January 1, 2025 and each following year on January 1, the residential unit charge for a 5/8" water line shall be increased by $1.00 and the residential unit charge for a 1" water line shall be increased by a multiplier based on the American Water Manufacturing Industry Standard, and all residential unit charges shall be billed and collected monthly.
