§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates the rules listed in § 91.01 shall be guilty of a summary offense, and be sentenced to a term of imprisonment which shall be fixed by the Court at not more than 90 days, be fined up to a maximum of $1,000, be directed to make restitution to the township, be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by the township as a result of the prosecution and be responsible for all costs of prosecution.
   (C)   Any person who violates the rules and regulations listed in §§ 91.02 through 91.04, including the field use rules and regulations, shall be guilty of a summary offense, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment which shall be fixed by the Court at not more than 90 days, and/or be fined in an amount not to exceed $1,000 per violation. In addition, any person found guilty of a summary offense shall be directed to make restitution to the township, be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by the township as a result of the prosecution, and be responsible for all costs of prosecution.
   (D)   Any person who violates the rules and regulations in §§ 91.05 or 91.07, including any field use rules and regulations, shall be guilty of a summary offense, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment which shall be fixed by the Court at not more than 90 days, and/or be fined in an amount not to exceed $1,000 per violation. In addition, any person found guilty of a summary offense shall be directed to make restitution to the township, be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by the township as a result of the prosecution, and be responsible for all costs of prosecution.
