§ 91.01 GENERAL PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   The Board of Supervisors of the township hereby adopts the rules for the use by the public of all parks and recreational grounds and the facilities and amusements connected therewith, owned and/or operated by the township, for the use of the public.
      (2)   These regulations are as follows.
         (a)   Automobiles may be driven and parked only in driving areas and areas specifically designated for parking, and at no time shall motor vehicles of any description be permitted on the lawn or seeded areas without the express permission of the Board of Supervisors. Parking provided for park visitors only. No vehicle maintenance to be conducted.
         (b)   No littering or dumping shall be allowed and refuse shall be placed in the proper receptacles for recyclables and non-recyclables. Refuse is that which is generated in the park; no disposal of household refuse.
         (c)   Fires shall be built only in fireplaces provided by the township for such purposes, and areas around the fireplaces and picnic tables must be kept clean at all times. Any persons building fires for cooking purposes or otherwise shall be responsible for them being extinguished prior to their departure from the area of the fireplace.
         (d)   No person shall be allowed to cut, mutilate, remove, take or carry away any trees, shrubs, flowers or plants of any nature whatsoever unless it be with the specific permission of the Board of Supervisors of the township. No excavation by hand, tools or equipment is permitted.
         (e)   No mineral deposit of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, jasper, shall be removed from the parks or recreational facilities.
         (f)   Consumption of alcohol is prohibited. Use of indecent, profane and improper language is not tolerated. Disorderly conduct of any type will lead to prosecution.
         (g)   Pets are permitted in the parks; however, the same shall be the absolute responsibility of its owner, and all dogs shall be required to be on a leash and under proper and adequate control, including the proper removal of pet feces.
         (h)   No horses or ponies will be permitted on lawn or seeded areas but shall be limited only to driving areas and/or appropriate bridle paths as may be constructed by the township.
         (i)   Persons picnicking on the premises are responsible for the policing of the picnic area, and washing of dishes at the drinking fountains is prohibited. Picnic tables are not to be removed from pavilion.
         (j)   The removing, defacing or destroying of any sign, poster, fixture, building or any on the premises is expressly prohibited.
         (k)   The use of firearms, archery, air rifles or any device capable of discharging a projectile is strictly prohibited. No hunting, trapping or taking of wildlife is permitted in park areas.
         (l)   Special group activities are permitted upon the securing of a permit for the same from the township office.
         (m)   No political or religious demonstrations or rallies shall be allowed or placards, advertisement, public notices or personal cards shall be distributed, posted or affixed in any manner in park areas other than notices from the governing body of the township.
         (n)   No bicycle riding or the driving of unlicensed recreational vehicles or snowmobiles is allowed in the parks at any time. Bicycles must be placed in the racks provided at park entrances.
         (o)   The Youth Association shall have priority to use the athletic fields for its regularly scheduled games or make up games.
         (p)   Township parks shall be drug free areas.
         (q)   Persons shall be permitted on the park premises between dawn and dusk prevailing time only.
   (B)   The regulations shall be posted in conspicuous places in the parks or recreational grounds located within the township.
