§ A261-70. Members with fewer than 10 years of service.
   A.   If the benefit is payable to a member who has fewer than 10 years of service in the pension plan at the time that retirement benefits begin, the dollar limitation described in § A261-62A shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the member's years of service in the pension plan (or part thereof) and the denominator of which is 10.
   B.   If the benefit is payable to a member who has fewer than 10 years of service at the time that retirement benefits begin, the percentage of earnings limitation described in §§ A261-63 through A261-66 and the special limits set forth in §§ A261-68 and A261-69A shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the member's years of service and the denominator of which is 10.
